Shipping & Returns


You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. The item must be in the same condition you received it - unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.

In case you have not received an order confirmation via mail, please first check your spam folder. If you can't find anything there, please contact us at [email protected].


To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected]. Include your order number and the reason for the return in your message for a faster resolution.

We cannot accept returns on perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, sale items, or gift cards.

Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can assess the situation and make it right.

For exchanges, return the original item for a refund and make a separate purchase for the new item you want.

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. The item must be in its original condition, with tags and packaging intact, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will inform you whether the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
